My Bank also does not allow me to use a VPN when connecting with them using my online banking app. Our communication is end to end encrypted so I just white list it in Proton .

I tried to re-register today. My Visa was refused. Also they no longer offer the Amazon Pay option. It appears that RD is no longer available to me!

Hmmm that is strange. I’ve been paying for RD for years with a personal credit card. I don’t use a VPN but have seen posts here saying that you have to shut off your VPN to pay for RD. Perhaps try that if you use a VPN

Thanks for that. I have never had a problem paying for RD. I’ve never used VPN when I did. I’ve paid with both Visa and Amazon Pay, which is no longer available.

I use Amazon account to renew my RD works well

Amazon Pay is no longer allowing RD transactions. You will need a new way to pay. Also PayPal is no longer usable.

we use our Visa CC all the time. They wouldn’t take it.

Yeah I just Noticed that now that amazon is no longer a method to pay,but credit card works with 3D secure

Just used Amazon Pay to renew RD 2 weeks ago, no problems.

Alldebrid is a good idea that I might try. I suspect my Visa doesn’t have 3D secure, whatever that is. I’ll look into it. You guys are real helpful.

Just call you CC company and let them know you are going to make foreign purchase for service Real Debrid.

I had the same problem. I called and my Visa allowed renewal and transaction processed processed with no problem.

Hmm, I just noticed that also. Amazon Pay has been a RD payment method for years.

I wonder if it’s just a temporary thing?

My last renewal was a couple months ago via Amazon Pay.
