Not sure which email you are looking for? But Troy recently did a video on how to set up Premiumize with the KODI Umbrella addon which is one of the best current Addons out. I too had paid for RD till July 2025 but am not going to worry about it.

I got 1 month on premiumize, works great - put on 3 shields, but is 2x the cost of rd (cdn). Not sure if I will extend subscription.

Thank you for the information. I think I should have received an e-mail so that I can set up Premiumize on the various services. I have received a receipt of payment but nothing else. I have contacted Premiumize but have had no response up until now (three days).

You are not going to get an email from Premiumize with instructions on how to setup in KODI or any other streaming service/app. These debrid services are used for several different reasons.
They have no idea (nor care) why you purchased their service. Please read the link I posted. That is all you need to get set up. Good luck!

In whatever app you are using like Kodi or Stremio you have to authorize your premium service on the addons. For some this is a simple matter of getting the API key from your supplier and entering into the configuration page of the addon. For others there is a an additional step of authorizing your streaming device by entering a series of numbers, letters and symbols. Now just to be clearer on what I mean, the following site has the community addons for Stremio.

If you scroll down, and look at the addons , you will see various coloured boxs underneath each one. Those boxs have specific names, one of which is ā€œconfigureā€, you simply click that and a page will open that is the settings interface for that addon. For most you will be permitted to chose various things like size, quality, number of results, seeders, languages, subs and so on. These are called ā€œfiltersā€. Take the time to look through everything and what you donā€™t understand do a search for or ask. Most of the settings will have a little i in a circle that if you click on it opens a small popup with additional help by way of a bit of an explanation. Hope this helps. In Kodi you can do the same thing by addon configuration settings.

Both actually. Kodi add ons (Sweden,Coalition, Umbrella and Crew, had no streams available. Went into settings and account in each on was not active. I went to their website to inquire what was wrong and the generic letter to everyone was the first thing on the screen.
Real Debrid is working for umbrella and Crew.

I have and use Seren, I like it better than Crew. PM says they donā€™t offer free trials, but AD does. So I am trying that now.
Also didnā€™t I read somewhere that Elementum will make Kodi crash? Or an I just the lucky one that this is happening to?

The most recent update from umbrella now allows 4k tv shows to play in 4k as it did movies in RD. Another update again today from them but even with auto updates on in Kodi wonā€™t auto update with onn 4k pro. Curious but not bitchin!! lol PM is working better each day!!

FINALLY! RD is working for me in Kodi using the Umbrella Video Add-on :+1::pray:t3::raised_hands:
Donā€™t know how long it will last, but for now itā€™s working and Iā€™m very happy :star_struck:

All Debrid is sending out account refunds with notices stating their service will not work with 3rd party apps like Kodi and Stremio.
