The sickest and most bastard I found was Ramsay Bolton (aka Iwan Rheon). My blood would curdle every time he committed a despicable act. He really played his part well.

The ultimate bad guy Darth Sidious aka Palpatine
This is REALLY hard. There are so many great actors and actresses that play these roles it was hard for me to decide on which one. So my fav bad villain/character would have to be Sid Haig for his role in the The Devil’s Rejects (2005) and House of 1000 Corpses (2003) and many other movies he has played in. Unfortunately, Sid died in 2019 due to respiratory complications. (RIP Sid)
