Cinema HD not loading subtitles

When I bring up Cinema, I used to be able to load subtitles. Now the subtilties appear but they do not load. Any fixes for this?

I tend to agree but they do and there is a whole website dedicated to troubleshooting it so if they want to use it go right ahead.

If nothing has worked in that guide I’d move on.
