I’m having trouble with crew app. It won’t open new tv section, returning tv shows, people in the movie section. I installed it correctly. Help!!

Do you have latest version 2.0.6?
Also make sure you authorized RD and Trakt. Both are needed for some features to work.

Not true, Mark. I have Real Debrid and am having problems with some of the streams not connecting.

I have a question. I have a old firestick, and i have been trying to use the crew on it thru kodi. I even did the real debrid authorization. (Free version) However when i try to watch something on the crew or any add on for that matter, it serachs and finss the links, but when i click on one it loads and says “no stream available”?
Ive tried all the options such as cache clearing and re-downloading everything from scratch. Is it possible that the problem is my old firestick or is the ISP blocking the links. I use spectrum by the way. If it is my ISP how would i know for certain thats the problem?

Miki- i wish there was something in that podt that would help, but ive tried it all. Im down to two possibilities, either my firestick is far too old and some kind intergace issue is happening, or my isp provider is blocking it. I dont have a vpn right now, but i would love to figure out if its for sure my isp blocking before i go and purchase a vpn. But i literally dont know anymore. I used to be good at the whole firestick game, but now a days apparently there is more to it and im not so good anymore lol
I use the Kodi Add-On “the Crew”… It works great for the sport events I want to watch. However, if I want to watch a TV show or movie, I cannot get any “live” streams… Question: Is this because I don’t have “Real Debrid” ? If so, is there another option of getting around from using Real Debrid? Any advise is appreciated!

Yes not having Real Debrid is the reason why. IMO if you don’t want to pay the very small amount for RD then don’t use KODI. There are some Addons/Builds that don’t require it but they come and go. Been using RD with KODI for several years

Unless I’m missing something, which is entirely possible, RD isn’t for “live” TV, just VOD like movies and series. Maybe a misunderstanding on what is “Live” or how that is perceived.

try the GRATIS app for kodi instructions are on here just do a search there are a lot of live channels on it

I think what @warhorse is referring to is the “IPTV” section of The Crew.
It lists differnt live channel services such as TVApp and TV247. I just tested them and the only one that worked for me was Daddy Live (DL).
@warhorse, if this is what you were asking about, this section has nothing to do with Real Debrid. Just an added feature of the addon. Having RD will not make these work.

And to add what @JPM69 said, KODI is not reliable for Live Tv/Sports. While you might find a working Addon for weeks it will one day die. Best bet is to find a reliable paid IPTV service

Real Debrid is not for live TV. It is for movies and series. The Crew does no longer keep up with any live TV feeds(except some sports, as not all links work at any one time). Your best bet for live TV is an IPTV service. There are many out there and most are very reasonably priced. Do a search on here for “Best IPTV” and you will get a ton of info for IPTV services. Troy just did an updated list within the past week.

Thank you, I do have an IPTV service … I only use Kodi for exactly what you mentioned. movies and series… I use to get a lot of active streams but for some reason over a period of time they’re less and less… I wanted to watch Tulsa King but no active streams… Thats not an isolated example.

I’ve just not had any luck using The Crew for quite some time. It use to be my number 1. I do have Real Debrid and have reloaded the addon more than several times. It’s no real loss for me as other alternatives have work quite well for my needs. A lot of folks really like the Umbrella addon.

Ahhh i see. You weren’t talking about the Live TV swction after all.
If you dont want to pay for RD but still want results for Movies and TV shows there are a few options left on kodi if The Crew osnt working.
The ones i am aware of is the Elemental addon and the Diggz Free builds/Diggz Free99 addon.
Search TP and see if they are what you are looking for.
I dont use Elemental but i do use a Diggz Real Debrid build. The free versions are just a different click of the button but i beleive he requires or strongly recommends a vpn as well.
