Is there anyone that can say they have a streaming box they love and it works great and would recommend it?

I would really like the Formuler box. That box is over year already and i would rather wait for z12 to come out and spend on a new box.

I use a firecube gen 3 and love it, i only use stremio and kodi, the wife uses netflix and freevee. I also have a nvidia shield but that just sits behind tv not in use. My next main box will be a google certified one. Formuler boxes seem to have good support so wait for the new one to come out, i still think they are a bit pricey.

Why don’t you try an onn 4k pro they seem decent for the price.

You don’t have a TV that has an HDMI port for your audio/video? You keep saying AV cables, you mean like RCA cables (red/white/yellow)?

I hear that, what the hell is wrong with some people these days, there must be a special place in hell for those that do such things.

Wonder why there’s a difference in wifi, that needs more testing for sure, 60 is NOT good, so from what I see early on not looking too great. I know it’s inexpensive but if something doesn’t work well it’s junk no matter the price. With my early impression, this is something I might gift my least favorite in-law, just for “fun”, mine not his, lol.

I have Buzz X5 Special Edition, Formuler Z11 Pro Max but my favorite box is my Ugoos SK1. For me there’s nothing I don’t like with this box.:+1::slightly_smiling_face:

How would you say the t95z compares with onn pro 4k, did you switch them out because of performance or just wanted something new? was wondering if it would be a good candidate for simple stuff, I don’t even use 4k.

Lol, ok I’ll ask, who wins that coveted award?

@PapaS of course, he owns most all tv boxes known to man. :joy:

Lol, I thought you meant the badass device award.

That would also be @PapaS and his brand new Ugoos SK1.

I bet those are the bomb, I just need a cheapie with more storage than the typical 8 gb, for simple things, I don’t use any 4k, most I go is 1080, don’t care to see every pore and blackhead in the actors faces, lol.

The onn 4k box is tough to beat for the price. I’m waiting for the new google streamer to be delivered and it could very well set the mark for a certified box.

Kool, I’ll be watching for your impressions of it, thanks.

My T95Z Plus Cheap China Boxes were and ARE the absolute Bomb! 6+ years of flawless performance! Never shut them off, never cleaned them, plenty of storage. Now you will find people here saying these cheap china boxes overheat and need fans, or the Chinese Boogeyman is living inside only to steal all your information. That is simply not true. I need to be careful here because I might get booted for saying this stuff.

Anyway yes I switched to the ONN 4K and ONN 4K Pro just because I wanted something new but they are fabulous boxes!

Thanks this sounds great, gonna ask a silly question but I don’t know so I’ll ask, does this have the google stuff that you see on the onn boxes? I do kind of like their home screen.

I’m not sure about the new ones. I was surprised to find the TX-10 Pro had the Google TV interface. My 6+ year old boxes are completely stock non certified which IMO who cares. I’m not sure if the newer T95Z’s have the Google stuff or not. You will need to research or maybe others can chime in
