Downloader Browser Not Working

This may have been raised before, but i have searched.

I have downloader installed on my backup sd card. Today i installed it onto my Ugoos AM 8 device.

But when i typed in a code, i was greeted with " The web browser is disabled in this version of the app".

Any advice appreciated. Thank you

Make sure you’re using the latest version. That sounds like the older one that had that issue and a subsequent release fixed it or readded the browser function.

Latest version of Downloader is also in our Toolbox. You can open toolbox in browser of Android TV Box and go to TROYPOINT Toolbox and install it from browser.

Latest version of downloader i was unable to scroll down to download like kodi, virus tool, aptoide app etc.
I just serup my Formuler z11 pro max and when I put in the code .the page came up but i couldn’t scrow down on the downloader page. I can scroll down on troy website and toolbox. I haven’t tried a different code to see if happens.
It was in mouse mode and i tried without mouse .still happens

Advice Please or image of what to do? I would appreciate it.

Any chance you enabled the developer options? One setting in the page transition settings messes up the mouse mode if you set it to .0

Hi miki , i did enable developer options. I will look at the transition setting. If its at 0. Then whst setting to i set to?

What i dont get is i scroll down on other websites, but donwnloader will not let me scroll down with mouse or the up and down arrows.

I will get the exact setting for you as soon as I fire the old Shield up. There are 3 and I think it was the last, but I’ll check to be sure.

Ok I have it. There are 2 options you can set to off and one to .5x they are under the “Drawing” section.

Window animation scale
Animation off

Transition animation scale
Animation off

Animator duration scale
Animation scale .5x

Now if that doesn’t seem to work, then start with .5x for all three. Fingers crossed.

Hi thank you for all your help. I did all the changes and the downloader works correctly… there is a box that comes up after I turn the box back off after turning it off from the previous night. I will take a picture of it. I don’t know what it means. If you can tell what it means that would be great.

for me to use the mytvonline 3 I need a portal or mac address correct? My iptv service I’m using there epg guide. I don’t have the portal or mac address info from them yet. I haven’t received from them.

Mytvonline 3 is only for the Formuler boxs. If you’re referring to using a paid IPTV service then those credentials go into a player like TiViMate or Sparkles.

If you have a formuler and it has the mytvonline3 then yes you can use your subs in that app.
