It is always better to use ā€œAll-on-oneā€ zip file to install, it includes all the platforms!

If using a VPN, disconnect temporarily and try again. I just tried 444801 and it is working fine on my end.

When I install elementum using this method I get ā€œpermissions deniedā€. Why?

Just tried using code 444801 and Iā€™m getting a status message saying

ā€œ an unknown error has occurred. Check your url and connection any ideas on how to trouble shoot?

Thank you, this worked on my fire stick. I just didnā€™t delete the file when I used downloader and went to install zip file in Kodi and it was there. The Gaia url doesnā€™t work, but this works. Appreciate it

Elementum does a great job with finding video. Much better than many of the other plugins. ā€“ but are there other plugins that are comparable ?

Hi, newbie here. I canā€™t install Elementum. I keep getting that it is ā€œnot compatible with this version of Kodiā€. I have upgraded to the latest version of Kodi. I disabled Surfshark and tried everything again but no luck. Where did I go wrong and what can I do to fix it?

I dont use it, but Diggz has a free addon (Free99). Not sure how it compares to Elementum as i use neither.

Diggz also has 2 builds (skins) that dont require a Debrid account.

So probably a silly question, but when using Downloader to add zip files and repos within Kodi, is there any point in keeping that downloaded file within the downloader app after everything is installed?

Will the repository for say, elementum, stay updated without the downloaded zip file in the downloader app?

Deleting from downloader is mainly for storage space.

You can keep it there and use it again if you have the storage space. Ive kept things in downloader and and reused them in the past. However you wonā€™t get any updates to the downloaded file.

It wonā€™t interfere with how it works when installed and used from Downloader. The executed zip file should update just like any other addon in kodi.

Hi 4kperson! Welcome to the Insider.

Just a suggestionā€¦I assume that you followed Troyā€™s tutorial on installing Elementum. It is considerably different than the usual addons for Kodi I recall several sequences that have to be followed to make it work. If you havenā€™t yet, you might want to watch Troyā€™s video.

Hi Matteos, Iā€™ve always religiously followed Troyā€™s suggestion on deleting the installation files. Iā€™m certain, like JPM60 says, that this came from the Firestick days where memory space was a precious commodity.

Tried this. ELEMENTUM still will not work. VPN is off. Everything installs fine.

Iā€™m sorry that this hasnā€™t worked for you. I am absolutely no expert on this addon so I sure wouldnā€™t be much help, unfortunately.

I loaded it up on my, new at the time, Onn Pro. It was a struggle to get it to work and I followed Troyā€™s tutorial since all the steps are critical. Honestly, after getting it working I found that I didnā€™t like it all. So I really havenā€™t messed with since my first try with it.

Very sorry that I am no help on this. hopefully there is someone that is really up on this addon.
