:point_right: How to change background images on the launcher background

Recommended size: 1920x1080 500KB

  1. Get the image you’d like to use as wallpaper
  2. Save the image on a USB or network-shared folder or create a direct download URL of the image file
  3. Turn on the device and navigate down to Launcher Settings > Advanced > Wallpaper
  4. Navigate to the launcher group you want to update
  5. Click ‘Local’ if you have saved the file in a USB or network-shard folder.
  6. Click URL if you have created a direct download URL for the iamge
    7.Users can also click the ‘Default’ settings to bring back the original images*
  7. Select the image you want and press ‘OK’ button on your remote.
    9.This will create a small pop up window that says “wallpaper settings complete”*
  8. Exit out from the settings and navigate to groups to see the changes

So I have had the Z 11 pro max for a while and love almost everything about it. Tonight I tried searching for a movie on Syncler and the box just shut down, Tried Weyd search and it shut down. Very strange because it has worked great until tonight. Have to un plug to restart the box and every thing works great until I try and search again. Then the box shuts down and I have to un plug and restart again. I can not search for anything,
WTF. Any suggestions?? Thanks, Steve

Try clearing the syncler cache, reboot, re-try search

Tried that, Z 11 still crashes every time I click on Search whether in Syncler or Weyd. Amazon Video search works but not the other two. This is new, I had been using the search feature since I received the Z 11 and last night this started. Driving me crazy.

Just tried both searches on Weyd and Syncler on the wife’s Z11 Pro Max and they were working normally here. :person_shrugging:

Yup, I don’t know what happened, was working great the last few weeks then last night tried to search for a movie and clicked Search the box pops up for a second then the Z 11 crashes. Tried Weyd same thing, it is the same search box for both apps so something is up I just can’t figure it out.

Hello brothers and sisters and good day! I’ve owned and operated the Formuler Z11 Pro MAX since it was released a little over a year ago and loved it more than the Z10 Pro MAX that I’d had been using previously. Many improvements on the 11. The one problem being every time I tried search on the 11 for wayed, it crashes from day one. I’ve reported an issue dozens of times to support under the help button, far right next to the last bottom line. But none of the new updates included a fix for a problem that the Formuler Z11 Pro MAX had from bay one.
Again, I love this box! It is the best that I’ve ever tested and I have tested dozens in the làst 9yrs of cord cutting! This one hiccup truly does SUCK but not going to detour my loyalty for Formuler.
HOPEFULLY IF ENOUGH OF US HIT that button after the crash, Formuler I’ll fix that nasty bug.
PS: Search and voice work flawlessly on all other attempts. Also wishing us good luck on fixing this issue - Sock

I bought the Formuler z11 pro max bt1, based on these reviews. I love it. This bluetooth remote blows away any streaming box remote I have had… I have only begun to test the parameters. It is the best box I have owned, so far. I highly recommend this version if you are looking to invest in better eqipment. You will not be sorry.

I turned off “Auto Speech Input” in setting on Syncler and now I can at least type in my search for movie or TV show. If I click on the microphone the Z 11 still crashes, I found no such option in Weyd so still no searching in Weyd. I also can’t voice search in MOL3 as the Z 11 crashes. This is a bug that Formuler needs to fix, especially if you can’t even use voice search on their app. I joined the Formuler forum and have reported this along with several others but no real help or fix so far.

Just curious if you set up voice assistant on the Formuler itself? Under device preferences and then Google Assistant

Yes Google assistant is set up. Every time I click on the microphone it crashes. Very frustrating.

Hello PapaS I’ve had Google Assistant set up from day one. I believe that it’s a bug in the MyTV Online 3 player but I’m no expert! I’m tenacious and observant which is very productive in this hobby. All of my outside of the box tinkering has come up a big ZERO and many hours of work. I still send reports to support at least every other day.
I truly do hope for the update to fix this issue sooner than later!

To use the MYTVOnline 3 app, make sure that the service you are going to use supports XC portal setup ( Xtream Codes).

This means you will receive a User Name, Password and URL.

Some service providers will only allow you to use their app.

I installed flix vision on my formuler z11 pro max and I can’t get it to open and play. It says that it is disabled. How can I enable it to play? thanks!
