KODI is great for VOD Shows/Movies. I’ve been using it since 2016. Having said that IMO it is NOT reliable for IPTV/Live TV, Sports nor should it be. I suggest getting a paid IPTV service for anything Live

I used to think I could get all my Sports Free from KODI addons and at times I did. The issue at hand is these addons are usually run by non paid developers - Hobbyists like you and I. And when life happens and more important things happen the Addons bringing you your live Hockey games do not get updated. After much frustration I moved to a paid IPTV service a few years ago and now only use KODI for those VOD shows/movies my IPTV service doesn’t have

DaddyLive not working on the Onn box. It was working perfectly then I uninstalled then reinstalled it, still not working. Any advice? Funny you brought that up having the same issue with home setup (bee link) of Daddy-live. Earlier start up got errors off of seren add-on updated that to 3.00. Tried the uninstall and reinstall of daddy live on the box Just checking on daddy live it seems to be working normally after updating Seren and the reinstall of Daddy Live. It is also available on Homelander add-on (live-TV) checking to see if it is working there also… Yes Sir working. Prior thoughts before actually checking… Other ways to get to my tennis channels. Anyway I have Kodi on my phone as well as daddy-live just for fun tried streaming with the phone and low and behold there it was loaded up perfect and played just like it should.??? (note no seren on phone).
Okay that should do it for now.. update seren and un / re install Daddy live , hope all is well..!8>)

Live tv on kodi is higly talked about so i doubt that you did. You also didnt make it clear what the issue is at all. Read the first part. And no your not a patron.

Yes Sir, box and phone both Android. Hope your able to work through it out.
Side note on the ONN box from walmart? reading troypoint email that it was possible to have malware on these 19$ boxes just a thought out loud.

Good morning. Thank you for your input, I searched DaddyLive not working and DaddyLive issues, what would’ve been a more detailed search regarding the issue? Also, if contributing $20 is suggested for TP content like this and videos I most certainly did contribute. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Once again you just said its not working… thats not helpful, also if its live tv that is covered highly. If you did you would have patron status which you dont.

At any rate, im not going to argue. Next time use the search thanks. Have a good day.

Hello insiders. I was also experiencing Daddy Live not working. App would open up but when I clicked on either LIVE SPORTS or LIVE TV, I would get a error message and nothing would open or play. I tried, like most of you here many different things. I tried going to video add-ons<DaddyLive<Dependencies and made sure all of those items were installed. I did install PySocks. It was in the list but not installed.
Still no luck. DaddyLive still not working. Then I thought I would try a different VPN. I have been using Surfshark for sometime now with no issues,but I thought I would try switching to NordVPN that I still have a subscription to. Lo and behold, DaddyLive is now working just fine!
This worked for me, and I did try to set Surfshark once again as the VPN and DaddyLive would not open the streams, switched back to NordVPN and DaddyLive is working just fine.
I am not saying this will fix your DaddyLive issues but it did work for me.

The app has never worked for me (for the last year) but the Kodi add-on works fine.

Just a heads up, DaddyLive does not like the CleanWeb feature in SurfShark. If you disable it DaddyLive will work fine, no need to have an additional VPN. Hope this helps someone. '-)

Thanks for your suggestion with Surfshark. It did make a difference, as I can now get to the stage where it looks like it is going to play and then I get an error message:
“One or more items failed to play. Check the log for more information about this message”.
It doesn’t what I try =live sports or tv and any o9f the streams listed. Any more auggestions on how to fix this?
