This could be a player codec issue. Change your default player in the Syncler settings - usually default is EXO Player, but toggle it to MX Player (if installed, if not, you can choose to install the MX app from TP Toolbox) or VLC player. Try the different player(s) and retry the source.
Also consider - depending on what video codec your TV supports, it may not play sources that are encoded with an incompatible format (e.g. DOLBY Vision source if your TV doesn’t support it).
Did you try and see if the video problem exists also with 1080p sources?
If I remember correctly, you can go into the Firestick settings, go to Display and Sounds, and there should be an audio/video diagnostics feature.

I dont know why my post got merged with this one ? I know how to install and use syncler . Ive had it for a few years . My problem was no video when i played links . Had nothing to do with how i was installing Syncler . It started 1 day ago . But ive been using it for years . So for anyone else that might have this problem . I had to uninstall and reinstall. Thanks to the Troypoint app i still have installed it wasnt that bad to go through all the steps .

Sorry to keep hounding everyone about this but it needs to be addressed.
We have so much content in this forum that there shouldn’t be very many new topics unless it’s pertaining to news or a link you want to share.
Prior to posting a topic please search for your subject and post your question in the topic most closely related. Your new question within that topic will still show up at the top of the topic list as the topic will be refreshed.
If we can’t get this problem solved we will start instructing members to flag duplicate topics for deletion. As of now, our people are constantly merging newly created topics with existing ones and they shouldn’t need to do that.
We would rather you place your question in an existing topic that may be a bit off from the exact term you are looking for than create a new topic.

I understand that . But i feel its a new topic . Cause i did check the syncler topic . I couldnt find any of what i was going through in this topic . Thats why i started a new one . I really undertsand the need to have less clutter . But ive searched other topics . For other things . Ive come across this issue of not being able to find what I’m looking for . So if i have any other Syncler issues it should go into the Syncler topic ? Or if i have a iptv player issue i should just add it to that particular player category ?

I tried the differrnt players . I have MX AND VLC loaded already . Did not work . Also tried all the diferent sources 4k ,1080 , 720 none of them worked . I uninstalled Syncler and re-installed it . Works fine now .

The suggested url Syncler Express provider package links from Troy’s article regarding how to install Syncler 2025 April 16 2025 How To Install & Setup Syncler on Firestick/Android TV (2025) are not downloading on a Formuler device. Nothing in the similar topics is up to date with respect to this issue but they also do not have any viable solutions. Anyone have a way of making the provider package urls download successfully, or some other package urls which do work? Thanks for any advice.
Not sure why my query about syncler provider packages urls not working in 2025 was split to this 2024 since I don’t find anything here which rectifies the problem. I did search the database before my original post. Thanks

Because there is no need to make multiple posts about the same thing. Putting your post together with a previous thread about the same thing, brings your post to the front of the listings and more ppl will see it and perhaps respond. Not only that, but others with similar issues are in there and if one catches your attention you can then PM them and see if they have suggestions.
