I just received an email notifying me that my quarterly auto pay account was cancelled. I emailed them if this was real or a scam email. Is there anyone else with this issue? I let real debrid expire due to messages it was no longer working. Thanks for any help.

Can’t address your Premiumize issue but can say Real Debrid has been and is working flawlessly for me.

Think it’s some kind of error from Lemon Squeezy. I got the same thing but my account is still working. :person_shrugging:

I’ve received several emails via LemonSqueezy and don’t know if they are a scam or just a glitch in their system but when I go check my account all is as it should be and is working fine. I definitely wouldn’t click on any links in the email.

What is LemonSqueezy?

I use both RD and PM. Havent seen an email from PM about this yet.

Yeah, I think there is just a 'glitch in the matrix", so far, I have received 3 emails. 2 cancelation and a subscription resumed. Even though the last one I received was a cancellation my account is fine. I didn’t even email them since I figured that if it was a glitch they would be buried in emails and didn’t want to add to the pile as long as the service was working fine.

Same thing happened to me. I contacted them asking the same question. Waiting for a response.

I got same email so I went to site and the prices are increasing. Probably will have to setup auto pay again.

So, it looks like they have changed payment processing providers and removed recurring subscriptions to be similar to the way RD does it. At least they still offer credit cards, PayPal crypto and vouchers to make paying easy for everyone. They probably didn’t realize those emails would be generated by LemonSqueezy.

So i guess if you had autopay set up they changed their TOS?

I didnt have it set up so probably why i didn’t get an email.

Got the same email this am, account still working and active. Sent an email to premiumize via the contact link in my account and awaiting a reply.

Thanks everyone. I revisited the email and hit subscribe just to see what would happen. Magic trick, my account was confirmed and now active. I didn’t enter any data as it was already there. Weird.

sorry for the confusion, this is just in regards to the payment auto-pay. Your account is still active as normal but you will need to update your autopay sub to avoid a disruption when your premium status is set to expire as shown on your account page.

I recieved the same email, glad to see all these responses. Another question though. When y’all use the premiumize on one of the apps, do you get a different color for the links?
I’ve had it for a few months and tried re-entering my info, but i don’t see a difference with links. Or am I missing something. When i use real debrid my links pop-up i believe yellow? Just curious, thanks!

When I use PM in Kodi I get different colours for different vids, whether 4K, 1080 or 720 as an example.
