I intentionally did not name paid IPTV service. It is rated high on the list. I have an 4k stick and Nividia Pro. Stick always reliable and been working with this APP. A month ago IPTV service quits with “no internet service”, which was bogus, due to all other APPS working fine. The Surfshark VPN always working fine seems to be affected by my cable provider at times. Ex cable employee confirmed.
Awaiting support to advise on the problem.

Support just sent me an installation guide. I asked them whether I should re install the APP for the remedy.
I am just wondering if anyone takes a month to fix a problem. Especially when one of the support people says we have a problem and he will take it from here. Sounds like a cia movie.
We still have light years to go before the techies get it right.

Maybe your posts should be moved to the IPTV section. You are a Patron so no need to ask in his open thread. People can accidentally reply here and violate the TP Rules.

And it doesn’t seem to involve kodi 21.1 that i can tell.

My issue was with an IPTV provider. I have been waiting for a month for support. That is why I was “looking” for a response from anyone to see if that is what I can expect in the future.
Sorry for the trouble.
After being back and forth with support yesterday, trial and error, the issue was quite simple as I suggested to them in the first place, a month ago.

Honestly we can’t give any help with IPTV as TP does not supply any IPTV and has nothing to do with sources and can’t confirm their legitimacy.

No need to apologize. They try to keep threads on topic and within the guidelines. Not always an easy task. Debrid specific related questions are seperate topics.

I’m a big fan of Kodi as well. Use the search option (The Magnifying Glass icon) to look for threads about Real Debrid and other options.

Why do you want to replace Real Debrid? It’s working perfectly. Of course as an alternative you can also use Premiumize.me at a slightly higher cost

I Agree Real Debrid is working perfectly, been using it for years and had no problems until recent events, I have 57 days left with RD, and if still no problems I will renew again, but maybe do 3 months rather than 6 months for now. Happy New Year All
