MATVT - Android TV/Google TV Mouse Toggle

After installing the Androd i4 update on the ONN 8gig box the security options for the mouse will no longer be available. This stops the setup process. I have had this issue on 4 of 6 box setups. The other 2 did not do the update and the mouse update worked as normal.
