There is a German drama series called “Krank Berlin” or in English “Berlin ER”, it’s a pretty gritty hospital drama that centers around a new head doctor in the ER and about one of the ambulances etc.

It’s on Apple Plus but shouldn’t be to hard to find in the usual apps. It is english, dubbed I think but not your US hospital type drama. It’s closer to “The Pitt” than to say “Gray’s”.

I found it worth my time.
