Onn Google Tv Box Remove Google account without restting box

So i have one of the new ONN google tv boxes, which when you first turn it out, you have to register the device, with the previous ONN android box, you would be able to register and then delete the account, if in case you need to give to send this box to someone, but now the only option is delete the account but the box is going to reset to factory setting. Defeating the purpose of preinsalling all the apps/apks. Does anyone know of a workaround for this yet?
