Problem with both Firesticks

Has anyone else encountered a problem with their Firesticks, while watching a series or a movie, where the screen freezes, and the program goes right back to the beginning? Both Firesticks have been doing this lately, and I have tried all of the recommendations for buffering. Nothing is working.
