First you need to enter in the url in the TV App Repo (see pic). You can create (this is totally optional) the icon banner on the website. You need to use a browser to access The TVApp webpage. I use TVBro, but you can use whichever one you like, i.e., Silk, Firefox, JioPages, etc… When you click onthe app it will link to your browser for the streaming page url to open and play.
THIS MAKES THE SHORTCUT APP
This is totally optional. All this does is change the app logo appearance.
Here’s a PNG logo you can copy and save to your file explorer or create your own and save it to your files.

Lol, see you are out to give me a BIG learning opportunity. Okay, I’ll take on this challenge. I’ll PM you to let you know if I accomplished the task. Lots of moving pieces, so not sure if I have to skill set to complete. But, I will give it a try. I bookmarked your instructions will follow to the “T”. I will be using my Windows 10 desktop HP computer. Hope it has all the need functionality.

If all you are going to do is use The TV App webpage of your computer. Then all of the above is not necessary. You can have your browser create an app and place on your taskbar and/or your desktop. You do this in your browser’s settings. It takes all of about 15 seconds to do.
What I demoed is for creating an app for your streaming device.

I want to have the app on the homepage of my Firestick. Now, its bookmarked/favorites on TVBRO. I’ve been real techie today. Downloaded TVBRO and created a couple bookmarks
I went to the tv app repo on my Nvidia Sheild pro an put in https://thetvapp.to in custom but I coudn’t find it added .

Just type this https://thetvapp.to in the Custom Shortcuts Web Bookmark area found in the TV App Repo app and click Generate. This will make the app shortcut. When generating it may take a couple of minutes so be patient.
Try it again and WAIT. It will take a couple minutes to generate the app shortcut.
Excuse me Ive been watching disney XD on theTVapp and everyday at a certain time it randomly switches to the usa channel for multiple hours, its been irritating me because Disney XD is the only channel i watch. Does anyone else have this problem and/or know if i can fix it

That would be a flaw the app developer would need to address. I see that in iptv subs on occasion and you can report it to them but with an app like this good luck. A sub is the best bet.

Providers can rebroadcast OTA channels legally providing they don’t charge you more than their costs to do so. That’s where LoCast fell foul of the MPA/conservative justices - they were charging more than their costs to broaden their market. Chicken sh_t legal argument but the judge was in the MPAA’s/Networks’ pockets, so what do you expect?
No unauthorized broadcast or rebroadcasting is legal without the proper written paperwork in hand.
I forget exactly who it was a long while back but got shutdown because they were rebroadcasting a OTA CW or MeTV feed airing the Svengoolie show out of Chicago. I think it may have been the F2V (Free2View) group.
The F2V didn’t charge anyone anything but got shutdown because they did not have permission to rebroadcast that show.
The F2V group prided themselves on their motto “Free and Legal”. Well, it was free, but the ‘authoritah’ saw it differently and shut them down totally.

Yes, but it’s a formality, by law (FCC). Read about the Locast lawsuit.
You believe whatever you want, but it is illegal to use any feed for rebroadcasting without proper written permission from the licensee.
CW is a legal free app. A CW m3u is illegal. The Pluto app is free and legal. The Pluto m3u is illegal, and so on.
