Updating ip Vanish to version 4

What a great Tutorial on setting best speed.
I have a Fire Cube where I did tested speeds. Did not get good improvements.
BUT, first of all the new download of version 4 did not put an icon in my Apps file.
It made it really inconvenient trying to go back a forth with different settings.
There is an icon in the Applications file within the Manage apps.
I did leave everything in version 4 as default. Speed was at 90mbs.
Anyone have an answer or fix to get the icon into my Apps file???

Also 90 is plenty of speed for movies and shows.

Yes 90 is plenty.
I have been through all the options on the list many many times over the years.
On every device since the first Amazon model released.
Would you believe I still use the first box released.
I was lucky to find 2 brand new ones at a Los Vegas electronics convention four years ago.
I have, since I posted my question, uninstalled ip vanish, loaded Surfshark, based on Troys review, and found it gives me 113 gbs on the default settings.
