Very few streams showing up on Cinema APK

I just installed surfshark and Cinema APK on a friend’s firestick. He opened a real-debrid account and it was accepted by the APK. When I clicked on any stream from movies and tv, only one to four streams appeared, none real-debrid links. I have installed these app on several firesticks with no such problem. Suggestions?

Cinema probably doesn’t show them, as do a lot of other Movie apps.

Get rid of cinema and use stremio with torrentio. Once setup it just works, no problems.

Been using Stremio for years successfully without Real Debrid, but usually have to search a couple times for a good link. Recently tried Film+ and it seems the first link works flawlessly. I’m satisfied without using 4k links though.
