I have found over the years that the best performing kodi build bar none is the Diggz Xenon build off the Diggz repository. Look for installation guide here on Troypoint under the “Diggz Xenon” topic heading.

That resembles the Phenomenal build, also part of the Diggs repo…I tried to install it this morning but could not due to a Url error in the zip file. Same as Xenon build is giving. I believe the devs are working feverishly on a bunch of different builds throughout the Kodi spectrum since the shutdown of three widely used addons last week.
