I tried the link you sent and not sure why but it says the site can’t be reached.

I just checked it and it takes me to the site without any issues.
Thanks, I did go back to the APKmirror home page, then clicked entertainment and searched from there and I think I found the correct version. Trying to get it to download now. Thanks again
Well, it said that downloading isn’t supported at this time and won’t download on the firestick. Maybe if I turn of the vpn it will work or maybe it is bc I had the vpn set to AU since I was trying to watch something from there. I changed it back to the US and will try again. Well, still won’t download. I will turn off the vpn and try again😕

I just went through the download process from a US Texas server with my vpn active and it downloaded without an issue. This on a pixel tablet. 52.9 MBs

Have you ever downloaded onto a firestick? Then I don’t understand why it keeps telling that downloading isn’t available. I have tried several different versions thinking maybe an older one would download. So frustrating. One of the options was a bundle but it said I needed apkmirror installer to download it, is that possibly the issue?

I programmed and loaded firesticks for many years. Not sure what the issue is.
Thanks. I don’t know either. Am hoping to find another option that works. Thank you for your help

Sorry it isn’t working for you. It is a fireOS APK. No idea.
Thanks! I decided to try to load it through downloader instead of silk and it worked!
Thanks again for your help and pointing me in the right direction!

Sorry to bother you but I have another question. Hulu also wasn’t found in the AppStore so I tried to load it from apkmirror. It loaded fine but wouldn’t open. Shows an error occurred message and gives the option to open with silk or Amazon music. I opted for silk but it just went to an Amazon forum type page. So I uninstalled and tried again three different times with three different versions, all the same result. Oddly, you can see the app in the background behind the error message. Any thoughts? Thanks!
Okay @Pawsrancher , I went back to the first post about not finding Hulu in the app store.
I think it’s time to start over, I haven’t paid much attention because I assumed you were somewhere other than the US.
If you are in the US as you say then Hulu is in the Amazon App store. Go to the search icon (magnifying glass🔍) and type in Hulu and tell us what you get.
I just checked on my Firestick, I found it in the search, it installs and it works fine. If you don’t see it, what Firestick do you have? Have you customized your settings in some bazaar way?
I went to the Amazon sales app on my phone as well, typed in Hulu and it offers a tablet version and Firestick version of the app as well, yes free.
So try this: open the Silk Browser (Internet) and go to www Amazon com, type in Hulu in the search, you will see “Hulu for Fire TV”. You should see a box that says *deliver to (the name of your Firestick)", you can install it that way as well.
If you have tried to install before make sure you removed the app completely, I have seen where a stub existed and installs failed but you usually get error messages about the app existing. That can be fixed via ADB but let’s not have that discussion until we have that issue.
This can be fixed, I am sure.

Hulu comes pre installed on sticks, ?
Not that I know about, it is available on the Amazon App store, from Amazon as well, you can find pretty much any official app on Amazon and you can install from Amazon onto your Firestick.
I fired up a 3 year old Max for the first time and it’s already installed with Prime and Netflix and others.
I’m pretty sure it’s not installed by default. Did you do a factory reset? That’s the only way you would know.
But my original message was for @Pawsrancher who has/had issues with the install of Hulu, just trying to help the guy out.
I haven’t bought a new Firestick in awhile so maybe they added it.
It was an unopened unused fire stick Max. Every fire device has Hulu and all of them pre-installed. The installation APK at least all you do is click on it ,login
Okay, I haven’t bought one for awhile. My Hulu app is on my USB storage but I move everything I can to expanded storage.
But still, as I mentioned before the information was for someone trying to install it so I assume they didn’t have it to begin with or had removed it at some point, he didn’t say which firestick he had or why he was installing it. I’m just trying to help the guy.
