Well it would help if we knew what device you’re using and what apps, and where are you getting these streams from, or trying to get them from.

Probably becuase you dont have a real debrid, you need to give us as mucn info as possible.

If you have a real debrid check your sub time.

If in kodi it may be that you have an addon or build that requires a RealDebrid account. If it’s something like the Crew you can do a search on how to install and configure it.
