Has their base relocated? Everything I can find says they’re based in Hong Kong. Their servers are located worldwide however.

No there base has not changed. If you have an account you can find the info. Also there are resources that can be found, with the info, once you do a deeper dive.

For those who continue to doubt “Miki’s” information that PM is located in Malaysia and also have a PM account, I would point you to your account page, then scroll to the bottom and click on “Legal Information”…the location of the company is quite clear in the document…
And it is Malaysia…

Over the last few days, as I have changed from RD to Premiumize, I see that daily PM is adding more and faster servers under the account page Speed test drop down list (recommended)…This morning I changed again to one of the newest ones that appeared and had an 890 mb download result…it’s worth it to check the speed test area in your account daily…then change to the fastest one…I achieved that result with my VPN in operation…and theirs too, presumably…

I lived in Malaysia for a year or so way back when…
Personally, and after becoming familiar with the Malaysian people over that time, I think they will be very reliable in that regard…
Likely, PM is a good bet for those still on the fence…
But you make your own decisions and take responsibility for same…
Our choices are quickly dwindling…so we have to take the best option.

That isn’t the fault of Premiumize. I have a 2019 Shield Pro and the most recent update caused glitching issues on 4K and HDR. They have released another Hotfix update to correct it, but the problem is this update breaks Google Home on the 2019 model, but does work on the models released before that. So google is working to fix this. I just have to hurry up and wait, but the 1080 options are flawless, and the Shield upscales those to 4K.

So even at about 6 bux a month, imo it blows rd out of the water simply by allowing an easier payment method, thanks JPM69 for listing those options and everyone else for their feedback.

For the service we have had from the two, no one should complain about a refund, geeze we have been using a great service that gave us many many options for viewing. Others will come along and take their place. Just can’t rely on these being a permanent viewing source with all the crap happening currently.

Yes just lost RD and picked up AD and had them for a week and now notta. Think I may wait for a while to see how this all pans out I got use to using ***** for all my time shifts of watching when i would miss the show on the network.
