In the last few weeks I am having trouble entering info into my apps. The apps that I am having trouble with is Google Chromecast and Firestick. I am using IM player and Tivimate. So when I get a new service I enter everything in and it fails to download the info in. This is happening on 3 firesticks all up to date with room on the storage and the same on 1 google Chromecast. I have rest my modem, but the funny thing is if I turn off my different services on Tivimate and try and load a new service it works. If anyone can help me with this problem, it would be appreciated. Do you have the Premium unlocked ? If not you can’t load multiple playlists.
Yes. Premium is unlocked. I also have IM payer and I can’t load info also anymore.

This is certainly an odd occurrence. How many devices have you installed your premium Tivi on? You are only allowed 5 max per account. After that you have to remove old devices to add new ones. That’s about all I can think might be an issue.
Thanks for your info. I had 5 on my account and I deleted one and now it works. funny thing is I also have IM player and It would not let me install the play list in that program and now it is letting me.
