I’ve been troubleshooting this Syncler+ issue for a week now and I give up! I need help.

I have two TV’s in the house. One has a Nvidia Shield Pro running 9.1.1 and Android 11. The Syncler+ app is current at 1.3.9.2 and the OS API is 30. The second system is a Fire TV Stick 4K Max running Fire OS 7.6.8.5. The Syncler+ app is running 1.3.6.1 and OS API 28.

Why the Syncler+ versions are different, I’m assuming, is based on the two different devices.

The problem is, on the first system (Nvidia Shield Pro) I’m having no issues whatsoever when searching for Movies or TV shows. On the second system all searches come up with nothing. Nada. Zilch.

I’ve matched the settings for both systems screen for screen to make sure everything was exactly the same. I’ve done this 4 times. Everything is exactly the same. I reviewed Troy’s Syncler video twice. As I said, I’m out of ideas and need help. This is probably the craziest issue I have ever troubleshot.

Thank you!

You need to update the stable version running on the Firestick to the same version as the Shield because it has the RD fix and a couple of other tweaks.

Thank you, Avid. I clicked UPDATE and it says it’s updated. How can I do what you say?
