Cinema HD v3 Download Issues

Tried to install the new Cinema HD v3 per Troy’s August 2024 update and only the Cinema HD Beta v3 was available.
I twice deleted and reinstalled Downloader and APKTime and got the same results.
I am installing on an ONN 4K on a Samsung TV.
Any suggestions?
