No VPN and it’s the same link @Comtech posted in the first post. I’ve chatted with 3 different reps. I’ve only ever purchased 1 thing from Alibaba - IPTV service but somehow I’m on some security check list and they won’t tell me why which is totally bonkers as there is nothing wrong with my credit cards or PayPal account. They said if I wanted to get off the list I will need to send them a letter from my bank stating my account is in good condition? LOL No worries I don’t need Alibaba anyway

Do you think the IPTV service may have put you in bad standing with Alibaba? I’m not saying you were a bad customer.

Purely speculation by me but…

Perhaps if they dont like complaints or people canceling service they give the customer a bad review.

Just a guess.

Them wanting a letter from your bank is a joke. Is this kindergarten? I’d never go for that either.

how about you just have a friend or family member do it for you? if your having that much problem with them F’em…they don’t deserve the frustration they are causing you…don’t take that s**t personal and they’re not deserving…work around their ass and get what you want?

just like amazon and basically i like that my info won’t get hacked? just like amazon…how about using your friend or family member? order what you want…no hassle about security and let that stuff go? not worth the worry you’re going thru? and get what you want? i understand the frustration…been there myself a couple of times…let it go and get what you want…life is to freakin short

Brilliant! Why didn’t I think of that as I have a ton off Burner emails. Opened a different browser than chrome, used a Burner email with my real name and address created a new account. Not only did my order go through immediately but because this was a new account I had Free shipping on my first order! Thanks for the idea!

Yup I typically use Google chrome but opened an edge browser, went into a burner gmail account created a brand new Baba account with my real name and address and verified the account. Worked like a charm and LOL no only 1 Box.

So, my experience today has been still negotiating on shipping. $29 for one unit. How are some of you getting free shipping. I’m assuming your buying through Alibaba?, For some reason they think I"m a reseller I think and that is why the high cost. I have set up fake email addresses to see if that is the problem. Nope still very expensive. I might look at the Tx20 and try that

I’m more than confused.

Not even setting up a new account is working for you? Are you using a vpn from another country?

This is the only time ive used Alibaba, hopefully it wont go down hill.

Maybe someone here with more experience in Alibaba can offer advice.

Would anyone recommend one of the iptv sellers on here for advice? Just an outside the box suggestion. Ive never dealt with them.

Got the tx20 pro 16/256 gb boxes in today. So far they are really good. They are 12 k and the video is great.The bluetooth remote is good. They seem to be a notch above the other 4 types i have so I will put one to long hours this weekend and I guess time will tell . Caution my likes might differ from others but I really like them .They come with some strange apps extra but lots of sports on them .

5 at 10.60 a piece with 26 shipping. from the seller i deal with but you might serch and other sellers do sell singles.
