Asking for help with remote… I went through the setup process last night, including pairing remote.
For some reason the remote controls TV volume but not power on and off. Last night it did control the on / off of the TV, but now it does not, only volume.
I used the re-pairing button on back of device, but it still does not control power on /off of TV.
Thank you for any suggestions.
Anyone have thoughts or opinion about this?
Anyone know the process to start pairing process from the beginning so that the part where you test on/off function of remote and TV are included?

Why not just enable HDMI-CEC setting (enable on box and TV) so the TV turns off when the box turns off?

Went into settings, remotes and accessories then to “set up remote buttons”
Everything needed is there.
