So I thought I was on a lifetime Tivimate sub but I guess I am annual. Received an email saying Tivimate is increasing from $7.99 to $11.99 a year. I’m looking at my sub in the Google Playstore but don’t see an option to upgrade to lifetime. I did a search here and found an old thread. Does anyone know if this is still the case? I need to cancel my current sub and after it expires I can then buy a lifetime sub? Thanks in advance

From my understanding @MarkxG that is the case. You must cancel your sub, use up any time you have left, then renew and purchase a lifetime sub.

Thanks @Miki cancelled and set up a calendar reminder for the date it expires

I would also suggest using the TiviMate website when making your lifetime purchase as you can easily activate/deactivate devices right from the website itself.

If you let your subscription run out before purchasing a life time sub will you lose your files you already have loaded ?

Good question! . I’m not using Tivimate right now as my main IPTV service uses it’s own app and not Tivimate. BUT I do have a 2nd service that runs on Tivimate. I have a Calendar reminder on the day it expires to go in and Purchase lifetime. I assume since I’m not changing anything in the app but only changing my subscription that none of my info in the app will change

This is correct. From the tivimate site - subscription section.
Too bad you can’t just pay the $33.99 lifetime fee from their site, when your account is logged in, and have your subscription upgraded to lifetime.
That would be too easy.

No need to wait until the subscription completely expires. Just cancel your current subscription, and then purchase a lifetime subscription under the same Google account. That’s how I did it and it worked out just fine. When you cancel your current subscription, It will expire at the original expiration date. Not any earlier.

I don’t think that is correct. You cannot have an annual sub and a lifetime sub on the same account at the same time. I tried this. That is why everyone is saying you need to wait until the annual sub expires and then you can purchase the lifetime. But it really is not N issue as when the annual expires I’ll buy the lifetime

That’s exactly how I did it. I canceled my annual subscription which would expire within 3 months. I then immediately afterwards purchased a lifetime subscription under the same Google account which was no problem. It worked out for me. That was about 2 years ago.

seems to me Tivimate was only $5.00 when I first started using it and has increased in price each year. I too will look into this Lifetime Sub.
