I’ve been using beetv for several years, but just recently most links end up showing the movies in german. Any ideas on how to access only english links? Ive tried both with & without VPN connection.

Just installed BeeTV on Fire TV 4K Stick running OS 6.7.0.3 following your tutorial and have a couple observations/updates/issues to share.
- On above Firestick under /settings, My Fire TV, Developer options it no longer shows settings for individual apps. It appears they’ve changed that so it’s either on for all or not.
- MX Player Pro link on Troypoint 250931 is broken.
- After installing BeeTV v3.85 I get “can’t play” error on MX Player Pro and VLC Media Player. It does work on HB Player.

You are running a very old version of the Fire OS. Many many things have changed since it came out. Some apps are no longer backwards compatible as devs don’t have the time to code their updates for the older Fire OS. This will only get much worse over time as Amazon is now up to OS 8 and may in fact have an entirely new OS starting in a year or so. I will let Troy know the MX Player Pro download link seems to be broken. Thankyou for that info.
Thank you for your quick response. I apparently have a 1st gen Fire TV 4K stick which only supports up to v 6.7.0.3 software. 2nd gen supports up to 8.1.0.6. Amazon has a complete list of which devices support which software versions at Fire TV Device Software List

Over the past few updates to BeeTV I noticed it will disable Surfshark when I go into the app. I have VPN Privacy Dot running. It shows green when I launch BeeTV but then goes to red shortly after I start using the app. I’m on version 3.9.1 of BeeTV and version 3.8.3 of Surfshark running on a second gen FireTV Cube. So when it disables Surfshark I get some type of add screen when trying to back out of a stream. I am running the same versions on my Shield Pro and do not have that issue.

If that were actually the case…one app changing the settings of another app I would call it malicious. Try force stopping and clearing the cache of both apps, reboot and try again. If it persist I would (imho) factory reset.
Hmmm… I’m not having that issue with Bee and SS.
Having trouble in Beetv authorizing permissions. No matter what I select I get message “Storage permission denied”. Also RD although setup provides no links ?
Yesterday all of my links in BeeTv are coming up as Spanish links. Any help appreciated.
