My brand new 4k max 2nd generation is having problems when trying to download apps.itcomes up app not found. I have done everything that has been suggested on troypoint but to no avail. It did come up and said the appstore was outdated. I googled how to update the appstore but that didn’t work either. I can’t download Netflx or Pluto TV.Would someone please help me this is driving me crazy?
You could try turning Play Protect off and see if that helps.

I’ve couldn’t find play protect. Where do I find it?
Under developer options, I have ADB debuggiing turn off. Under install unknown apps i have most of the apps off. I only have apktime and downloader turned on.
Is play protect on an Amazon firestick 4k max 2nd generation? If so, where do I find it?
