Kodi 19.4 Downloading & Installing on Nvidia2017

I’m trying to install Kodi 19.4 on mu Nvidia 2017 OS 9.0.29, tried Troypoint app first and clicked on Kodi 19.4, it installed 19.2, I tryed kodi.tv, it re-directed me to the Google store, where I downloaded Kodi, it was Kodi 19.3; I tried Aptoid and has similar result.
Can you please tell me how to download Kodi version 19.4 to my Nvidia 2017?

As I said earlier, I used the Troypoint rapid app installer to get Kodi 19.4, bit downloaded and installed Kodi 19.2 instead of Kodi 19.4, tried it several times with the same result.

Open downloader and go to this address.

Or you can download it to a thumb drive and move it to your Shield that way. Not sure if you need the 32 or 64 bit version though. You can find both right on the Kodi website.
