I purchased the ONN 4K Streaming Box from Walmart and proceeded to watch TP Video on installing the different apps, including Wolf Launcher. The next step was to go back to home. At that point the screen was frozen and I could not do anything. I made sure my remote was paired, which it was because I could use the “Netflix and YouTube” buttons. They worked and took me to their sites. The home and settings buttons didn’t and don’t work at all. I just have a black screen. I have unplug everything, changed the batteries in the remote and repaired it but still have a black screen and cannot access “Home”. What am I to do?
Do a factory reset, don’t put a launcher on it.

How do I do factory reset? Is there a way to do it remotely, i.e. go into my Google acct on my phone and access my device?

Had the same problem. Returned to walmart got new one and did all except the wolf launcher. Note I think there is a note beside the link says not working well with onn.

Thank you for responding. I figured that was the problem. Thank the Lord, I let the box plugged in and signed into my Google Acct on my laptop. I clicked on the Onn 4K Streaming Box device, but still didn’t see anything that allowed me to actually make changes to the Onn Box. When I went back to my TV to check on it, the Settings screen was on line, so I proceeded to do a factory reset. So far, so good. No more Wolf Launcher on my Onn4K Streaming Box for me until bug is fixed. Thanks again.
