I’ve been using the ONN 4K for a while now after my Mecool gave me problems, and my only issue is the picture, it seems to jitter every now and then, is anyone else getting this?

You can find silk browser for android on the up to down app. It’s been working fine for me so far for about a month now.

Sorry! No idea why you are giving me this info. Do you need help using the Silk browser? FYI this thread is a year old.

Ahhh got ya. Ok lets do some trouble shooting. Can you give me some details as to when this happens? Is it on IPTV or watching movies or is it on a particular app? Have you gone onto the Settings on the ONN and looked at the video settings?
It’s when using Stremio and on both movies and tv series.
I’ve tweaked a few settings but they don’t seem to change it.

Ok. Have you tried using an external player in Stremio? In Stremio settings, under Playback, have you enabled Hardware-excelerated decoding? Lastly next time this happens try enabling Tunnelled Playback.

Nope. I’ve bought over a hundred of these boxes. Have them on all out TVs and never had issues. None of my customers here in town have had issues either. Walmart gives you a 30 day return . I would exchange it . Possible for a fluke
