was side loading 4K then the screen went black,unplug for about 60 seconds still black the box comes on 4 lights . I change the hdmi cable and tried a different input still the same black screen,so I guess the hdmi port is bad also trid on 2 other tvs. I can return the box but I would like to factory reset so I can remove the apps I installed. I tried holding the button on the back for 20 seconds still the same. Is there any way to reset when I can’t see it on the tv…
