I have the new Firestick 4k max; however, I do not have screen saver under display. I contacted Amazon, they had me do a factory reset to no avail. They sent me a new 4k max and this one also did not have screen saver under display. Does anyone know have to correct this issue? Thank you

Under Display and Sounds, click the Ambient Experience. It’s now the screen saver settings under Preferences.

Have you checked your sleep mode in settings?

Thanks, put it on the 15 minute hold. Was wanting to put it on never but the new fire sticks only go to 15 minutes. Thanks for all the help.

Are you sure you have the latest updates as they added “never” as an option in an update.

In X-plore AOK go to system apps,scroll down to screensaver and open it. you can turn it off there
