I’m suspicious of the Trakt settings now that you mention it. I got home late last night, so I didn’t have any time to play around with it. I can do trial and error changing some of the settings and reboot to see if I get that error. Or, you should be fine sending me pictures of all your settings by private message.

Will do when I get home later today. Like I said…I turn off all Library settings in every addon I install as I don’t use it and don’t want it to DL the .strm files to my devices. That is what I find really weird. It was never an issue before the latest update of ResolveURL that caused an issue with The Crew and a workaround was posted to install a previous version until the bug was fixed.
During the install of Crew and Skeleton Crew even from fresh starts…it seems to keep pulling/installing from “MBuserdata/addon_data/plugin.video.thecrew/TVShows/(Name of TV Show).strm”
So when I launch Kodi the notifications at the top say “The Crew - Adding to Library”. Which makes me think that it’s actually just the addon refreshing the movie lists. I don’t think it’s actually doing anything with the Kodi library. But the issue is still that the notification is getting stuck.
I did however get a notification stuck on “updating TV shows” one time. But when I force closed the app and cleared cache I couldn’t get it to occur again. I repeated that process about ten times.

There are definitely some glitches but idk if it’s fixable. On my fire stick this morning it went past the “adding to library” part with no problem. But then it got to “updating tv shows” and “process complete” and it swapped back and forth between those two notifications about 6 times each before it stopped.
Try opening the crew wizard, go to maintenance, cleaning tools. Do a total cleanup and then purge databases. And then maybe fresh start? I’m thinking it may be best to start all over. But perhaps when you uninstalled Kodi there were still some residual files stored on your device.

For some reason Live TV doesn’t show on the menu until the PVR client loads. Just give it 20 seconds or so and you’ll see it appear.

Go to the settings menu and authorize Real Debrid and Trakt.
Hey J… figured it out. Deleted my version of The Crew and before I reinstalled it I went into File Manager then the Profile Directory, addon_data and noticed that the Crew plugin was still there, which it shouldn’t have been since I deleted the addon…so I just deleted it. Then installed Crew fresh and voila…no more Add to Library notification…

Hi Jay, Idk, but on my tv in the bedroom I uninstalled skeleton key and then installed it again and it worked. However, In my living room I did the same thing and its still saying… No Stream Available. I didn’t want to pay for Real Debris because I don’t watch tv that much. any other suggestions?
Use a different build. I clearly stated in my post here that the settings are configured to only pull Real Debrid cached torrents. Real Debrid costs $18 for 6 months. That’s only $3/month. If you want to change the settings to pull free sources then go ahead. But I’m not going to spend my time typing out instructions on how to do so.

You wont get anything on the crew without real debrid.

By no means did I mean to waste your time by asking a question. However, after continuing to support this platform with a monthly fee for over 6 years and I don’t use it but maybe twice a year,
I really didn’t want to spend on another subscription. As for what you clearly stated was… “This build is intended for people who use Real Debrid and Trakt. You can use it without either of these”,
which I did on one tv, and “received the streams nice and clear on crew.”
I will just try to retract my steps on what I did on the other tv.

Homelander and Nightwing addons are in the movies or TV shows submenu and both will pull free sources with no change in settings.

IMO, I wouldn’t use a Kodi build or add-on unless I was using Real Debrid.
Stremio seems like a better option for you. Miki is very helpful in terms of using that.

And as many many many of us stated, kodi for free streams is a huge gamble. They are gone faster than they come in. The user has mentioned this was intended for real debrid. If you get free sources awesome. You will eventually lose that. Which is why we suggest a cheap subscription.
There is other options for free but you will need a vpn and some time. But thats a different conversation.
Even torrents are starting to be nailed. Now people are moving to private networks and direct uploads to encrypted protocols like real debrid. Choice is yours sir. Do what works for you.
Same here. RD is a must . I have friends and family always asking me to customize streaming devices for them and none of them use real debrid …and it’s probably better that way because they will always be asking me to go over their house to link RD . Do you know what Kodi build they get from me? Diggz Xenon Free build. Makes my life easy
