One is in my office and is rarely used. The one in question is the one in the bedroom. It was working when I went to bed that night but when I came to bed tonight, it wouldn’t power on. I checked the obvious (plugs not plugged in good) and was all good there. I switched power outlets, went to the office and grabbed the usb cord from it to try, then I tried the power cord from the office, then I brought the whole dang device and still nothing.
Ideas? The one in the living room is fine ( knock on wood).

Faulty power supply - to test use the bedroom box with the power supply from the living room ( plug and cable)
I used the one from the office to no avail.

Still think you should take both bedroom and office boxes to the living room and use known working power supply - if both these boxes power up then they both have failed power supply
Assuming they both have a bad power supply, where would one purchase them?

Please check with working power supply first to check your box powers up
I am assuming you have a 2 part power supply - wall plug + cable.
Check to see if you can get a wall plug with the same power rating, your current cable should then work

you can check 12vdc from the power adaptor connector that plugs into device. i doubt thats the issue. i had T95Z threw into recycling . intermittenly it wouldnt power up . had to plug in and out adaptor a few times until the power led changed colour to green then left it on about 30 -45 min min until would power up to the factory software reset screen. did the reset and would work for 1-3 weeks then same issue again. dont waste your money.
I ended up ordering an “OEM” power supply. Started right up.
The onn box went back. Seemed a little too complicated for me.
