What did they put in place of the Kmart on rt 9 south? We’re living in Nevada now. Haven’t been around there in 10 years

Enable developer options and then enable the "stay awake " option. That’s if going into your power settings options doesn’t work for you.

I already tried the power settings. I don’t see developer options.

I am in the uk and looking forward to getting one of these when I am in the US.
I know I will need a travel adapter.
Can someone tell me the input voltage of the power supply?
110-220v or just 110v

Perfect.
Thanks for the quick reply

I have one in the UK and it works fine with UK adapter. Alternatively, you can buy a UK 12volt micro usb power supply which is what I did. The power supply is the same as the one used in firesticks.

You have to enable the developer options. Find the “build” in settings and click on it 7 times and a message will appear that you are now a developer, or something to that affect. Then back out of settings reopen settings scroll down and find your new developer options listing. Open and enable. Then scroll through the settings. Now be careful because this is a powerful tool and if you simply click stuff without knowing what it does then you can make a real mess of your system.

Settings(Cog top right)>System>About>Android TV OS>Build>Click 7 times>Message down bottom “you are now a developer”>Click back>Scroll down>Click Developer options>Enable Developer options.

Yes Miki is correct, I have a Onn 4K Pro, and once I activated developer option I went into developer and scrolled down to Power and Energy select that and then you will see options for “Automatically turn off when inactive” scroll down and select never, then you should be good to go
Good luck

For the ONN go to Settings - System - Power and Energy - then change when inactive to “Never shut off”

Here’s how to enable developer options on the 4 K onn box. Here

The Walmart close to me has a dozen or more of the new Onn boxes. None of them were taped shut so I checked and they all had the latest black backlit remotes.

You could just look at the Serial Number on the outside if the box.

I have the original ONN device and just bought the new ONN 4K Pro verison, is there a way from me to transfer my setup to new device? Thank you for any assistance in this mattter!!

I didn’t realize or even imagine the ignorant millennials I know were smart enough to do that. My opinion of them just got a boost. Thanks for the tip!

Help :slightly_smiling_face:

Hello everyone. I bought the Walmart ONN 4K pro a few weeks ago. I followed the guide here to enable Deveopler options, I added the Downloader app. I tried the Downloader code 250931 and tried to do the download and get the status (An unknown error has ocurred. Check your URL and connection). I have tried other options using the Downloader app to install Cinema HD and I get: (There was a problem parsing the package). No matter how I try I can’t seem to install Cinema HD on my Walmart ONN box. Any suggestions on what I can do to get this working? I purchased this as a replacement for the Firestick and if I can’t add Cinema HD I will want to return it.

Please help. I have followed the steps and don’t know what is gong on.

Thank you!

How to Install Cinema HD V3.0.9 on Firestick/Android Box (2024) (troypoint.com)

You are installing APKTime first off of Troy’s Toolbox and then downloading Cinema through that? What step is the issue and won’t allow you to install?

welcome

I went ahead and factory reset my ONN box to try to give this a fresh start. I followed the directions in the tutorial. I entered the download code 250931 and scrollwd down to APK time, clicked download, and this is what my screen shows and I can’t get any further.

If I open the Downloader app and click files I can click on the APK file to try to open it from there and I reach an error, “there was a problem parsing the package” and I can’t proceed.

I am at a loss. Is there a step I somehow missed? Did I get a faulty box? Is Cinema and other downloads blocked now?
