Help can't get Kodi to download

Trying to install as directions list but the file script.areswizard.zip isn’t available where it suppose to be according to directions

Where are you trying to install from? Ares Wizard if I remember was like at least 5 years ago. I’d either install KODI from the official website or Troy’s Toolbox
