Do you mean logging into tivimate.com and going to your dashboard? The dashboard allows deactivating devices just like the Companion app does.

Looks like all their URLs are not resolving.
I have installed Tivimate and have a lifetime subscription. I added Extreme to it for a trial run. It was fine but they only take Bitcoin so Iām now using Freedom Stream. Do I need to delete the playlist of Extreme before adding Freedom or will adding the new playlist over ride the old one?
If you have multiple subs and add them to Tivimate, how are they separated so you know which service yourāre using? Or are all the play lists shown together?

Tivimate supports multiple playlists. Iāve included a manual to help you learn how to use Tivimate. Iām not trying to avoid your questions, itās just that your questions would take a long explanation with lengthy instructions. So the following will help answer your questions.

Your playlists are separated on the playlist panel screen. Also, on your epg panel the providerās name will be displayed in the upper righthand corner in the epg info box. If using the āAll Playlistā group the name will still be displayed in the same manner and area.
No, you donāt need to delete an existing ACTIVE playlist, and yes, you can add as many playlists as you want with a premium sub.

I currently have the free version, got it last weekend to see if I would like it or notā¦ everything seemed fine but last night I went to check it out and the epg was only showing āno informationā. I canāt get the epg to update. Is this due to using the free version? I also updated to 5.1 and still no luck. If I click on a channel I do get a stream just no epg info. Any advise on how to fix this? Or will it correct after unlocking the premium version?

The TiViMate free version is all but useless. You canāt do anything with it and does not give you any real idea of what you can do with the paid version. I got the lifetime Sub for around $35 cdn. 4 years ago. Not sure exactly what it is now but the lifetime sub is worth every penny. When you do get it, let me know and Iāll fire off the link to the manual for you. Ah I already posted it a few posts up from this one.

I pretty much knew that going in but I wanted to check it out before buying the premiumā¦ plus I donāt have any android devices so its a small pain to obtain the companion app to buy it. I just wanted to make sure itās worth it, thats all. And after my post I figured out that there are toggles that are turned off in the free version that make the epg update regularly. Thanks for you reply guys, I appreciate it.
The link I posted , you can open on a computer and log in and see everything to do with Tivimate And by premium

Itās been awhile, but on my 4K I think I had it by the companion app too.
Are you saying I donāt need the companion app to purchase premium? Please advise further if you donāt mind.
Tivimate now has a website. Itās the same as the companion app. You can buy it from there and take care of all your devices.
