Welcome to the community. Unfortunately we will need more info than you provided. What device and OS. What kodi, what repo, what exact addon, what steps have you done, what warnings or error codes do you get. Sorry to ask so many questions but everyone really does need as much info as you can provide so they know where to start and maybe what can be done to fix your issue.

Thank you so much for your response. I’m on Kodi 19.1, add on - The Crew, got up to install from zip, clicked on crew, saw the crew installed, clicked on open from repository, clicked repository crew, and it said couldn’t connect to server
