I’m in the middle of Blue Bloods. Crime Drama with Tom Selleck as NYC Police Commissioner and his family are cops or attorney’s. Great show with 14 seasons with each season having 20+ episodes. Plus each episode is completely different so it does not build upon the past episode.

I recommend Pitt it’s an excellent medical procedural different than the normal broadcast medical show, it a Max offering, one of the better recent series.

Also there is a animated series called Common Side Effects, adult animation, it’s probably not for everyone but check it out.

While the topic is 2024 TV series, these are 2025 series.

I agree with all of those, Zero Day with a twist in the first episode too. If you are into the Yellowstone Universe, the new season of 1923, took up right where it left off.

Yup, watched both, American Primeval is a hard core gritty tale, I thought it was really good, a twist at the end.
No Good Deeds is a comedy, I enjoyed it but I am a fan of most of the actors, I thought it was worth my time but it probably won’t win a lot of awards.

really enjoyed “Bosch” seven seasons,
liked bosch so watched :, bosch legachy"
continues where bosch ended. two seasons are out and the final season three will be released march 27, 2025

will trent is excellent.
seasons one and two are out.
season three is being releasedd now. three episodes are out and will conclude with eisode 8 march 27.
reacher is action packed.
two seasons.
season three is being released now. season 8 comes out at end of march.
reacher has been renewed for a seaxon 4.
murphy mysteries is good.
i am currently wtching season 18.

These are the only American shows I like, along wth the Mandalorian. Mostly I watch British crime shows. The acting is much better than American actors

I know a lot of you guys are my age which I’m about to give away, sort of.

Have any of you watched Vietnam: The War That Changed America?

I haven’t yet, I am not big on rehashing that time, I won the draft lottery (remember that?) and didn’t go to Vietnam. Plenty of people I know did though.

I suppose I’ll watch it, probably smoke a bowel for old times sake. :blush:

@MarkxG , thanks for the post about Blue Bloods, I didn’t start watching it when it first aired and then later I figured I didn’t want to jump in in the middle, your post has convinced me to watch it. I have a lot in the schedule right now but it’s on my list. Thanks again.

No problem and unlike most series just about each episode is a completely different plot so you can go days or weeks between episodes if you want. I’ve been watching one episode most nights for months and am about 1/2 way through
