I have express vpn and SS all my services work with SS but the apollo group doesn’t support ExpressVPN and it won’t work so that’s why I have 2 now and have really enjoyed Apollo as a service my speeds are fine

welcome

i don’t have any credit cards and the insurance company doesn’t have any of my banking or tax info

I have express also and I didn’t have a problem till recently. So a couple of people here told me to switch countries on the VPN. I tried a lot of them and finally settled on Hong Kong believe or not. Since then I haven’t had any more problems.

I used nordvpn and works well. Protonvpn on and off depending on what iptv service is?

Hope this help, having tested a wide range of VPNs over the course of 20 years, I have found that IPVANISH consistently delivers the best performance for me personally, you must change VPN connection location, do not use the same location. While I cannot provide details on the Orbi 960, I use the NETGEAR Nighthawk RAXE300 - AXE7800 WiFi 6E Tri-Band Gigabit Wireless Gaming Router with Xfinity. It’s worth noting that AT&T service has been known to block IPTV services, leading to slow and restricted access. Try the following series of steps.

If you have AT&T INTERNET and are having issues with not being able to login, constant buffering, mayne running slow or invalid/expired error messages you need to follow these steps:

Step 1. you will need to download the At&t manager app
Step 2. login with credentials
Step 3. open up your iptv app and log in…you will get a notification on your phone
Step 4. open notification hit allow
Step 5. go back to tv app and sign in and should be good to go

If you are have much - Buffering and other issues try the below steps.

If you are experiencing buffering issues, please try these steps first before posting the issue in the public chat:

  1. On your device, open a web browser and go to www.speedtest.net. Start a speed test and verify the download speeds after the test. Your download speeds should be at or above 50mbps or higher for the best performance without buffering.

  2. If you have a VPN, temporarily disable it and then try again. If the issue resolves, try changing your VPN server location to a different one and then re-enable your VPN.

  3. If you DO NOT have a VPN, it is recommended to use one, as your ISP (Internet Service Provider) could be throttling your speeds down, causing low download speeds and buffering issues.

  4. On your device, download an app called “Background Apps & Process List”. This app allows you to see all the apps or processes running in the background of your device. When running this app, it will show you each app and allow you to force close them. You need to close all unnecessary apps as they can also affect the performance of your device and cause buffering issues, especially on a firestick.

  5. Reboot your Wi-Fi router, then your modem, and finally your device.

  6. If buffering occurs on one channel but not another, you might need to report the channel category and channel name that are experiencing the buffering problem to the provider.

Lately I have been having issues with SS. Worked great via the Netherlands for 2 years, but I don’t know why I have had to keep switching locations for the past 3 months. The weird thing is my china IPTV works 24/7, but the European one doesn’t. So I think it has more to do with my European IPTV service, instead of SS. Super annoying.

Something weird is going on with SS lately. Shows connected to a server, but won’t play. I have to find an odd location to connect to. Bangladesh has worked lately. A few times I’ve had to switch VPN’s and no issue. Not sure what’s going on but it’s just past few days

i have the same issue when using ss but nordvpn doesnt do that.

Using a VPN to avoid geoblocking is a hit-and-miss business. VPN companies have gotten much wiser over the past few years in recognizing IPs emanating from VPN servers. Some VPN servers will get around the geoblocks, others - even from the same VPN service - will not. You’ll have much better luck streaming from those UK channels using a smart DNS proxy service like smartdnsproxy.com.

As to Channel 4, you have to change the timezone on your streaming device to UK time in order to get it to work - no matter what VPN or smart DNS proxy service you use. If you’re on Android TV or Google TV (e.g. onn 4K), go to Settings>System>Date & Time>change timezone to London in the list of timezones.

Good luck!

Yes. Most sheeple seem to overlook this significant detail. A VPN with respectively effective encryption will slow down most internet connections if you do not use a streaming device with a strong processor such as NVIDIA Shield Pro. Likewise, using a VPN client on a router with a strong processor will provide even better results. If you are getting a great streaming experience on a low budget device using a VPN client, there’s a possibility that the VPN is not properly installed or is not encrypting your data properly. I would rather know my VPN service is working rather than passively guessing that it is. I’m one of the guys that still does not trust the new WireGuard protocol. The OpenVPN protocol is still a time tested and safe option for me.

Thank you for this info - I will try it out today

I am having a problem with more than one of the IPTV services, where when I try to stream NBA games, the content is switched to alternate programming. Is this what is referred to as Geo blocking? For example, I’ll try and record a game on an NBA team channel and I will end up getting hockey. The same thing is happening on the Bally (now Fan Dual Sports Network) channels, even though the guide says the content is basketball.

I am using Surfshark on the server and have also tried and received this problem without using a VPN at all.

I’m using the FREE version of Proton in Canada that works just fine with IPTV.

I use Surfshark now for 2 years. No issues. I have heard issues with Verizon not allowing VPN’s with data on their phones

So I did another test with this alternate programming blocking. I put one box on the open Wi-Fi and installed Surfshark on it. Then, within Surfshark, I tested many, many locations, including multi hop and static IP. None of this location switching made any difference and I was getting Sports Talk instead of the game.

In the meantime, I tried another box with an IPTV that had been content sustituted for the past two weeks, and now it is working. I think this content is being blocked where the suppliers are getting it.

The issue is with your iptv provider’s channel. I have experienced similar with different providers.
You could report the issue to them and see if they sort it.

EXPRESS VPN. Don’t let anyone tell you there is a better one…
